Supervise restaurant and party hall operations, manage staff, handle customers, and ensure smooth service throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of dine-in and party hall
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
- Monitor food quality, service time, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory reports, stock usage, and vendor communication
- Ensure hygiene standards in kitchen, dining, and washrooms
- Manage POS system, cash handling, and daily closing reports
- Coordinate with Owner and Head Cook for smooth operations
- Train new staff and ensure operational efficiency
- Manage small events and party hall bookings
