Job Description

The Receptionist will manage front desk operations including client handling, phone management, appointment scheduling, and basic office communication. This role is essential for smooth office functioning and client experience.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet clients and maintain a professional front desk
  • Maintain visitor logs and client details
  • Attend and transfer phone calls politely
  • Schedule appointments and manage advocate’s calendar
  • Inform advocate about client arrivals
  • Maintain waiting area discipline
  • Handle WhatsApp messages, basic emails, and meeting reminders
  • Assist in basic administrative communication
  • Coordinate with advocate for meeting schedules
  • Keep reception desk clean and organized

Skills Required 

  • Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
  • Polite and calm behavior
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, WhatsApp, email)
  • Confidence and voice clarity
  • Good time management
  • Ability to handle multiple clients professionally
