Job Description
The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities of the law chamber. This includes maintaining case files, organizing legal documents, handling photocopying and scanning, and assisting advocates with case preparation. The role also involves scheduling court dates, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth workflow within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage files, case documents, and records
- Assist advocates in daily office work
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
- Maintain case diaries and update schedules
- Answer phone calls and note client messages
- Coordinate with court clerks and photocopy shops when needed
- Keep documents ready for meetings and court work
- Maintain office supplies and basic administrative tasks
