Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Head Cook for KoftaTown Hisar. You’ll manage the kitchen team, prepare authentic Indian and Mughlai dishes, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth operations. Leadership and creativity in food presentation are must-haves.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Indian, Mughlai, and specialty dishes with consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Plan daily kitchen operations and assign duties to cook helpers
- Maintain kitchen stock, manage inventory levels, and reduce ingredient wastage
- Ensure the proper storage of ingredients following food safety standards
- Train junior cooks and helpers in cooking techniques and hygiene practices
- Handle special orders, bulk orders, and party hall food requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking area, utensils, and storage spaces
- Check quality of raw ingredients before use
- Coordinate with Restaurant Manager for smooth order flow
- Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
