Job Description
The Cook will prepare daily meals, tea, coffee, and snacks, and maintain kitchen cleanliness for the chamber where the advocate also resides.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and maintain a professional front desk
- Maintain visitor logs and client details
- Attend and transfer phone calls politely
- Schedule appointments and manage advocate’s calendar
- Inform advocate about client arrivals
- Maintain waiting area discipline
- Handle WhatsApp messages, basic emails, and meeting reminders
- Assist in basic administrative communication
- Coordinate with advocate for meeting schedules
- Keep reception desk clean and organized
Skills Required
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Polite and calm behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, WhatsApp, email)
