Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing accurately using POS software
- Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods safely
- Maintain daily cash collection reports and sales records
- Provide correct change and ensure error-free transactions
- Assist customers with billing questions or order details
- Coordinate with the manager for cash settlement and daily closing
- Keep the billing counter neat and organized
- Maintain customer records for home delivery or takeaway
- Help in menu pricing updates or system entries
