Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Cook in chopping, cutting, marination, and food prep
- Clean and maintain kitchen tools, cutting boards, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage area, and gas counters
- Wash vegetables, prepare ingredients, and store them properly
- Support the cook during peak hours to ensure faster delivery
- Follow hygiene rules related to food handling
- Assist in unloading and organizing daily kitchen supplies
- Clean workstations before and after shift
